Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to keep the Güneşli Technology Center running 24/7. You will ensure continuous operations, manage customer requests, and apply maintenance processes with subcontractors per SLAs.

The role focuses on energy efficiency, infrastructure layouts, and integration of new energy systems. You will monitor alarms, perform periodic checks, and report weekly system performance while coordinating with telecom and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of energy infrastructure and power systems.
• Experience with high-capacity air conditioning systems, cabling and layout planning.
• Customer oriented, result oriented, empathetic, strong customer relationships.
• Team work, innovative, adaptable; night/weekends-7/24 shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep Güneşli Technology Center up and running on a 7/24 basis.
• Ensure continuous operation of Güneşli Technology Center.
• Handle internal and external customer requests in a timely and complete manner.
• Operate Technology Center in an energy-efficient and sustainable manner.
• Apply maintenance processes and actions via subcontractor per SLA KPIs (L2).
• Apply layout allocations for Network/IT Equipment at Technology Center.
• Periodically check and test all infrastructure equipment; support audits.
• Commission and integrate new energy systems and cooling equipment.
• Update electrical infrastructure layouts and drawings; report capacity issues.
• Monitor daily status of all infrastructure equipment with Telecom and IT.
• Prepare weekly progress and energy equipment reports.
• Ensure quality of installation to specs and on schedule.
• Operate Center without service outages; communicate with customers.
• Monitor alarms; take preventive actions; apply corrective actions as needed.
• Supervise troubleshooting by vendors via MSP; report weekly system performance.
• Provide technical data to tender documents; support customer activities after sales.
