Job summary

Carrier HR is seeking a Senior Content Specialist for a fast-growing textile company with a strong multi-channel presence. You will own content strategy, plan monthly content calendars, and oversee shoots and delivery across website, social, CRM, marketplaces, and paid campaigns.

You will coordinate with Creative, Design, and Performance Marketing teams to produce high-converting copy and ensure brand voice consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in content creation and content strategy, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or a related digital-first industry.
• Experience building monthly/seasonal content plans and aligning them with campaign and collection calendars.
• Experience in PR strategy or working closely with PR processes is a plus.
• Proven ability to coordinate production processes (shoots, content delivery) and review team output for quality control.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting and content strategy across multiple digital channels.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content supports organic performance.
• Experience working with CMS platforms, social media management tools, and basic performance/analytics tools (GA4).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for tone and brand voice.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, comfortable managing multiple content streams, people, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the monthly content plan - determining what will be produced each month based on upcoming campaigns, collection launches, and seasonal priorities.
• Develop content strategy and PR strategy direction, working closely with management to clarify positioning, messaging, and priorities.
• Coordinate and oversee shoot processes (product, campaign, social content) from planning to delivery, working with the creative team on timing and logistics.
• Review and control the outputs produced by the team (copy, visuals, social content) before publication to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Plan, write, and produce content across digital channels including website, social media, e-mail/CRM, marketplaces, and paid campaigns.
• Ensure tone of voice and messaging consistency across all digital platforms in line with brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Design, and Performance Marketing teams to produce high-converting copy for landing pages, ads, and product pages.
• Write and optimize product descriptions, category pages, and SEO-driven content to support organic visibility and conversion.
• Analyze content performance (engagement, traffic, conversion) and use insights to continuously refine content strategy.
• Stay current with retail, e-commerce, and digital content trends to keep the brand's voice competitive and relevant.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelance writers, PR contacts, or influencers when needed.
