Crossing Hurdles is seeking a highly skilled life sciences researcher to design agentic workflows and multi-step analyses using AI tools. The role emphasizes reproducible research, validation of both reasoning and computational outputs, and rigorous data handling.

The candidate will develop datasets, inputs, constraints, and deliverables, and contribute to creating robust grading criteria for automated assessment. This is a full-time position in Turkey.

Formación

• Ph.D., postdoctoral, or equivalent research experience in life sciences.
• Strong computational/programming experience, especially Python.
• Experience with multi-step computational analyses.
• Ability to independently validate scientific reasoning and computations.
• Experience with scientific datasets, tools, and reproducible workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design challenging agentic workflows across life sciences.
• Create multi-step computational tasks for AI agents to inspect data and select methods.
• Develop input files, scientific datasets, instructions, constraints, and deliverables.
• Create reproducible expert solutions and verifiable ground truths.
• Design robust automated or semi-automated grading criteria.
