Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Computational Genomics Expert AI for a remote contractor assignment. You will design challenging genomics and bioinformatics tasks for AI evaluation, using Python and bioinformatics libraries to create multi-step analyses and reference outputs.

The role requires a PhD or equivalent research experience, strong Python skills, Linux proficiency, and deep knowledge of genomics workflows. Remote work with PST overlap is expected, full-time at 40 hours/week.

Qualifikationen

• PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent research experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Computational Genetics, or closely related discipline.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
• Experience analyzing biological sequence or genomics datasets.
• Comfortable working in Linux/command-line computational environments.
• Strong understanding of computational genomics and bioinformatics workflows.

• Design challenging tasks in computational genomics and bioinformatics for AI evaluation.
