Job summary

Ceffu, a leading institutional-grade digital asset custody platform, seeks an experienced Compliance and Risk Officer based in Istanbul. You will lead AML/CFT efforts, monitor MASAK regulations, and manage a wide range of risk categories including operational and IT risks.

The role drives regulatory alignment in a rapidly evolving crypto environment. You will report to the executive board, develop robust risk assessments, and deliver regular risk reports while coordinating training for staff

Qualifications

Four-year bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 6 years of AML/CFT compliance and 5+ years in risk management.
Strong knowledge of Turkish AML legislation and MASAK regulations.
Experience with regulatory filings and suspicious activity monitoring.

Responsibilities

Act as MASAK Compliance Officer under Turkish AML/CFT laws.
Maintain direct reporting line to Executive Board and regulatory bodies.
Oversee AML/CFT program: CDD, transaction monitoring, STR filings.
Ensure compliance with MASAK regulations for CASP operations.
Develop and maintain risk management framework and policies.
Coordinate risk assessments and prepare regular risk reports for senior management.
