Job summary

Precision Walls seeks a Superintendent to lead large commercial drywall projects, including metal stud framing and hanging. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery while developing field foremen and coordinating with subcontractors.

You’ll build strong customer relationships with General Contractors and clients and ensure adherence to safety rules and company standards. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on project management.

Qualifications

• At least five years of commercial drywall experience.
• Proven ability to lead people and develop strong customer relationships.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task.
• Understands drywall and ceiling industry labor, materials and methods.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Run large commercial construction jobs – metal stud framing and hanging.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and production on assigned jobs.
• Develop field foremen and provide personnel development.
• Recruit, select, place, and evaluate assigned personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure jobs are completed on-time and on-budget.
• Foster strong customer relationships with General Contractors/clients.
• Enforce safety standards for all employees and teams.
• Coordinate time sheets, pay levels, and performance-based rewards.
