Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking a Division 10/12 Sales/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze drawings to prepare complete cost estimates for division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and division 12 (Blinds) construction materials, focusing on accuracy and profitability.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and the sales team to create competitive bids and proposals, while managing timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the trade or similar construction roles.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Strong focus on accurate cost data and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, PMs, and stakeholders to design solutions.
• Submit proposals on time and per client specs.
• Present pricing and scope clearly in proposals.
• Communicate with vendors for product specs and lead times.
• Engage in client entertainment activities as needed.
• Follow up after proposals to gather feedback.
