Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers for commercial projects, including toilet partitions, accessories, and related items. You will measure, install, and align components per blueprints and supervise junior crew members on multi-site jobs.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and clear communication with general contractors. A background in blinds or related systems is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is desirable, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in installation.
• Experience with baker scaffolding and ladders.
• Safety procedures compliance.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable transportation.
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per blueprints.
• Measure and mark surfaces to hang work.
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Work independently on jobsites.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordinate with GC and other subs to align project expectations.
• Instruct and inspect quality of installations.
• Identify and resolve site condition conflicts before roadblocks in plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items.
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings.
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
• Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience:

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders.
