Sipay is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the CEO Office with strategic and operational decision-making. You will analyze performance, prepare executive reports, and drive cross-functional initiatives across fintech operations.

Role requires deep analytical capability, strong communication, and experience translating data into strategic recommendations. The position offers growth in a fast-paced environment with broad exposure to leadership decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, or business performance management.
• Preferably experienced in fintech, banking, payment systems, or management consulting.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis, performance measurement, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
• Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data, translate findings into actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience in preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Support the CEO Office in strategic and operational decision-making through comprehensive business analysis and actionable insights.
• Evaluate business unit performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes in alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc executive reports, dashboards, business analyses, and decision-support presentations.
• Monitor the progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables of company-wide strategic projects and initiatives.
• Consolidate and analyze cross-functional business data to provide a holistic view of organizational performance.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for new business models, products, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Assess the financial and operational implications of strategic decisions, developing alternative scenarios and actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and ensure end-to-end tracking of high-priority projects initiated by the CEO.
• Perform target vs. actual and variance analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Track critical business priorities, follow up on executive decisions, and ensure timely execution of agreed action plans across relevant stakeholders.
