Job summary

AXA Partners Holding SA is seeking a Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist to strengthen financial planning and reporting capabilities. You will deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic planning to support business growth and informed decision-making.

You’ll work with stakeholders and Finance leadership to strengthen processes, ensure data integrity, and provide meaningful insights across the organization. Strong English communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of audit experience; budgeting, reporting or financial planning experience is highly preferred.
• Strong financial reporting skills including Balance Sheet and P&L; ad-hoc management reports.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Turkish GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills; Hyperion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, related reports) under IFRS.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Perform budget vs. actual analyses and explain deviations clearly.
• Produce profitability, cost control and ad-hoc management reports to support performance.
• Coordinate and support independent audit processes.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in strengthening our financial planning and reporting capabilities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the Finance leadership team, you will provide meaningful financial insights that help shape strategic business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly and periodic financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and related reports) in accordance with IFRS.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes by delivering accurate financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Performing budget versus actual analyses and providing clear explanations for financial deviations.
• Preparing profitability, cost control and ad-hoc management reports to support business performance.
• Coordinating and supporting independent audit processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on finance projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data used for management reporting.
• Contributing to the continuous enhancement of budgeting, reporting and financial planning processes.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum3 years of audit experience; additional experience in budgeting, reporting or financial planning is highly preferred.
• Strong financial reporting skills, including preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements and ad-hoc management reports.
• Solid knowledge ofIFRSandTurkish GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office, particularlyExcel.
• Experience withHyperionis considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and stakeholders.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
