Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration or related field with at least four years of relevant experience; or a completed high school degree with at least six years of relevant professional experience.
• Accredited universities are used and recognized by UNESCO database.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control financial resources for assigned projects in compliance with IOM rules.
• Provide regular and ad hoc financial information to support decision-making.
• Oversee financial expenditure and accountability, preparing forecasts and ensuring all commitments are reflected accurately.
• Assist in preparing donor financial reports and annual budgets, monitoring budget control, and analyzing variances.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure correct cost allocation and maintain financial files.
• Payroll processing and support budget proposal reviews.
