Job summary

Insider One in Turkey is seeking a Senior Designer to craft scalable brand foundations for web experiences. You’ll drive brand systems from concept to production-ready execution, creating components, templates, and page experiences to accelerate global marketing without sacrificing quality.

You’ll work hands-on with the Creative Director and Website Development Team, translating strategy into responsive websites, landing pages, and reusable frameworks while guiding design QA and developer

Qualifications

• 6+ years in brand, visual, digital, or web design in fast-growth B2B SaaS or an agency.
• Standout portfolio showing sophisticated brand systems and responsive web design.
• Expert Figma skills including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, libraries, prototyping and developer handoff.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern web design practices.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Insider One’s visual identity and scalable brand systems.
• Build components, templates, and pages in Figma for web experiences and campaigns.
• Own website pages, landing pages, and microsites from information structure to developer-ready design.
• Collaborate with the Website Development Team on interactions, accessibility, performance, QA.
