Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc in TR is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join on-site and drive data-driven digital transformation across global projects. You will lead elicitation activities with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate deliverables and reliable documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

You will design and maintain dashboards, guide ETL and data migration efforts, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies. Strong SQL, data modeling, and communication skills are essential.

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports.
