Job summary

ASEE Turkey Banking (Fraud) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new accounts and expand existing ones in a dynamic, international environment. You will lead sales processes, coordinate with the BU Manager, and support presales with proposals, cost/benefit analyses, and TCO assessments.

Develop robust solution sales plans and maintain CRM with timely updates. The role requires deep IT/banking knowledge, fraud exposure is a plus, and an advanced English level is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry related business development experience.
• Experience in international presales/sales SaaS and License customers.
• Knowledge on IT and banking; Fraud knowledge is a plus.
• Sales know how and presentation skills.
• Experience in complex multinational environments.
• Advanced level of English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
• Lead sales and after sales process.
• Coordinate all sales activities with Business Unit Manager.
• Support AM in presales and sales process (prepare proposal, presentation, cost/benefit analysis, TCO…) to enable AM to conduct sales.
• Develop and maintain Solution Sales Plans.
• Organize follow up sessions with related parties and update CRM on time with accurate data.
• Maintain knowledge of the strategic solution and its benefits for customers.
• Understand customer’s business and technical plans, expectations and needs.
• Share customer demands with related parties to adjust the solution.
• Attend required marketing events.
• Business development for existing or new products by building expert level product knowledge.
• Create opportunities and fulfill targets.
• Prepare sales documents, data sheets, presentations and case studies.
