Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation, to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade automation initiatives in Turkey.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering to transform processes into intelligent, scalable workflows, owning from discovery to production and ensuring measurable business value.

The role focuses on architecture, orchestration of AI agents, and driving reusable patterns within an AI-first operating model.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or technical/process consulting.
• Strong business analysis and process management capabilities, including facilitating discovery and redesign workshops.
• Proven track record leading orchestration initiatives from discovery through production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery to value realization.
• Lead discovery workshops with process owners to assess workflows and define target processes.
• Determine orchestration of AI agents, business rules, and human intervention across processes.
• Translate target processes into engineering requirements with epics and acceptance criteria.
• Design enterprise solutions aligned with reference architecture and introduce new patterns.
• Coordinate technical delivery, managing priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders and monitor measurable value for initiatives.
• Incorporate delivery insights into architecture and implementation practices.
