Job summary

Cypher Games is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of internal AI tools that empower art, marketing, product and analytics teams to work faster, smarter and with higher quality.

In this role you will design pipelines for creative production, fine-tune models and build AI agents that automate repetitive workflows, while partnering with non-technical stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience building AI-powered products or internal tools.
• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with generative AI, including image/video generation models, LoRAs and LLMs.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents and automated workflows in production.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate their needs into practical tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with art, marketing, product and analytics teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities where AI can create real impact
• Design, build and maintain internal AI tools, workflows and agents from idea to production
• Develop generative AI pipelines for creative production, including game asset generation and variation, style adaptation and marketing creatives
• Build AI agents that automate repetitive work across teams
• Fine-tune and adapt open-source models for project-specific needs
• Run fast experiments, evaluate results and turn successful ideas into reliable, scalable tools
• Define the technical architecture and best practices for our internal AI tooling
• Drive adoption by working hands-on with end users, gathering feedback and continuously improving the tools
• Share knowledge and help raise the AI capabilities of the wider team
