Job summary

Cypher Games ищет старшего инженера по искусственному интеллекту, который возглавит разработку внутренних AI‑инструментов для Art, Marketing, Product и Analytics. Вы будете работать с разными командами, чтобы понять их рабочие процессы и построить инструменты, которые повысят качество и скорость работы.

Qualifications

• 3+ года разработчика ПО с опытом создания AI‑продуктов или внутренних инструментов
• Бакалавр в CS, математике, инженерии или смежной области
• Сильные навыки Python и фундаментальные знания ПО
• Практический опыт с генеративным ИИ, включая генерацию изображений и видео, LoRAs и LLMs
• Опыт сборки и развёртывания AI‑агентов и автоматизированных рабочих процессов
• Понимание бизнеса
• Опыт работы с инструментами AI‑native (Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw/Hermes)
• Умение работать автономно с не техническими стейкхолдерами

Responsibilities

• Работать с командами арт, маркетинга, продукта и аналитики над выявлением bottleneck'ов и возможностей применения ИИ
• Проектировать, строить и поддерживать внутренние AI‑инструменты, рабочие процессы и агентов от идеи до продакшена
• Разрабатывать конвейеры генеративного ИИ для креативного производства (генерация ассетов, стилизация и реклама)
• Создавать агентов ИИ, которые автоматизируют повторяющуюся работу
• Доработка и адаптация открытых моделей под конкретные задачи проекта
• Проводить быстрые эксперименты, оценивать результаты и превращать идеи в надёжные инструменты
• Определять архитектуру и практики внутри компании для инструментов ИИ
• Активно внедрять решения, работать с конечными пользователями и собирать обратную связь
• Делиться знаниями и повышать ИИ‑уровень команды

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of internal AI tools that help our art, marketing, product and analytics teams work faster, smarter and at a higher level of quality. In this role, you’ll work closely with different teams across the company to understand their workflows, identify where AI can make the biggest impact, and build the tools that make it happen.

• Partner with art, marketing, product and analytics teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities where AI can create real impact
• Design, build and maintain internal AI tools, workflows and agents from idea to production
• Develop generative AI pipelines for creative production, including game asset generation and variation, style adaptation and marketing creatives
• Build AI agents that automate repetitive work across teams
• Fine-tune and adapt open-source models for project-specific needs
• Run fast experiments, evaluate results and turn successful ideas into reliable, scalable tools
• Define the technical architecture and best practices for our internal AI tooling
• Drive adoption by working hands‑on with end users, gathering feedback and continuously improving the tools
• Share knowledge and help raise the AI capabilities of the wider team

Требования

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with significant hands‑on experience building AI-powered products or internal tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Proven hands‑on experience with generative AI, including image and video generation models, LoRAs and LLMs
• Experience building and deploying AI agents and automated workflows in production
• Strong business understanding
• Experience with AI‑native development tools such as Claude Code, Codex or OpenClaw/Hermes
• Ability to work independently with non‑technical stakeholders, translating their needs into practical tools
• Builder mindset and a strong sense of ownership: you enjoy creating systems people actually use
• Curiosity, fast learning ability and strong problem-solving skills
• Interest in art, visual quality and creative processes
