Job summary

Joygame is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to join our growing team in Turkey. You will manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with local tax laws, and support month-end closing and financial reporting in a multinational environment.

The role requires a strong accounting background, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication in English. Experience with R&D legislation and Technopark accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Min. 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience of using Logo Tiger 3 is more preferable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Flexibility and able to multitask.
• Experience in Technopark accounting and R&D legislation.
• No obligation of military service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely day-to-day accounting in line with legal requirements.
• Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual tax declarations.
• Effectively tracking company procedures and responsible for booking the accounting records in line with local tax legislation.
• Actively participate in month/year-end closing activities.
• Supporting the manager in general finance/accounting and reporting issues.
