Job summary

Ceffu, a leading digital asset custody platform, is hiring an Accounting & Administrative Affairs Officer for its Turkey operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate statutory records and delivering timely financial reporting in line with Turkish standards.

Based in Istanbul with a hybrid work model, you will coordinate tax filings, audits and regulatory reports while ensuring proper asset segregation and strong internal controls across finance and administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting, statutory reporting and financial operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local statutory accounting records including general ledger, journals and COA.
• Perform financial close procedures with reconciliations and fixed assets.
• Lead external audits and prepare statutory financial statements and management accounts.
• Coordinate regulatory financial reports and tax filings with external advisors.
• Ensure segregation of customer and company assets and support audits.
