Job summary

Syngenta Group in Türkiye seeks a Seeds Processing Specialist at the Antalya Vegetable R&D site. This hands-on leadership role oversees the full processing flow of seeds and biological materials, ensuring traceability, quality, and compliance from production to shipment.

You will coordinate with breeders, farm staff, logistics, and regulatory authorities while driving continuous improvement and maintaining GSPP standards across processing activities.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of seed operations and quality control systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in an operational environment.
• Understanding of traceability and regulatory requirements in seed processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day seed processing activities across the site.
• Coordinate activities with breeders, farm staff, logistics, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure end-to-end S2S processes comply with global standards and local rules.
• Plan seed and biological material movements using internal tracking tools.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good working order.
• Drive continuous improvement and OpEx initiatives in daily operations.
• Lead and develop processing staff, assign shifts and responsibilities.
• Maintain traceability for all seed movements and health files.
• Report status, risks, and opportunities to site leadership.
