Ajax Systems in Türkiye is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to design and optimize warehouse logistics, covering inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound and inventory management. You will configure SAP EWM structures, RF transactions, and ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA, MM and SD modules.

You will author functional specs for ABAP enhancements, support UAT and hypercare, and drive user enablement through manuals and training.

Formación

• 4+ years as SAP EWM Consultant in implementations or warehouse automation projects.
• Deep understanding of core warehouse processes: inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound, inventory.
• Experience configuring SAP EWM structures, strategies, and RF mobile transactions.
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher English; fluent Turkish.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements for warehouse logistics; design AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Configure SAP EWM structures, storage types, bins, and warehouse tasks/orders.
• Configure RF framework processes and mobile scanner workflows on the warehouse floor.
• Manage warehouse and product master data; oversee data migration templates and validation.
• Ensure integration between SAP EWM and S/4HANA, MM, SD, and related systems.
• Author functional specifications and user stories for ABAP enhancements; write FDS and validate deliverables.
• Own testing and quality assurance; design test scenarios, perform integration testing, and support UAT.
• Lead EWM deployment phases: customization, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Process Design: Elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements for warehouse logistics; design and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

• SAP EWM Configuration: Set up and maintain warehouse structures, storage types, storage bins, warehouse tasks/orders.

• RF & Mobile Operations & Scales: Configure and optimize Radio Frequency (RF) framework processes and mobile scanner workflows on the warehouse floor, manage resources.

• Master Data & Migration: Manage warehouse and product master data, prepare data migration templates, and oversee data load validation.

• Integration & Cross-Module Alignment: Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and connected modules/systems (S/4HANA, MM, SD, TM (ASR), MSF (DMC), manufacturing/shop-floor systems).

• Technical Collaboration: Author functional specifications and user stories for ABAP developers (enhancements, BAdIs, custom logic), write FDS and validate technical deliverables.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Be an owner of a warehouse BPMN processes, be able to design test scenarios, execute integration testing, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.

• Implementation & Hypercare: Drive EWM deployment phases: customizing, cutover readiness, go-live support, and hypercare.

• User Enablement & Support: Create user manuals, SOPs, and training materials; conduct training sessions for warehouse key users and operational teams.

• Good understanding ABAP - debugging/reading skills.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant in implementation or warehouse automation projects.

• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core warehouse processes: Inbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Outbound, Internal Movements, and Physical Inventory.

• System Expertise: Proven experience configuring SAP EWM structures, strategies, and RF mobile transactions.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.

• Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (spoken and written) for cross‑functional communication with international teams; fluent Turkish.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem solver, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
