Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading security tech company in Türkiye, seeks an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to drive warehouse logistics improvements. You will design AS-IS/TO-BE processes, configure SAP EWM, and lead RF/mobile operations on the warehouse floor.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across S/4HANA, MM, SD, and shop-floor systems, author specifications for ABAP developers, and guide UAT and hypercare activities. Fluent Turkish and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP EWM Consultant experience in implementations or warehouse automation projects.
• Deep knowledge of inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound, movements, and physical inventory.
• Experience configuring SAP EWM structures, strategies, and RF mobile transactions.
• ABAP debugging skills and ability to read technical deliverables with cross‑module awareness.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and formalize warehouse logistics requirements; document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Configure and maintain SAP EWM structures, storage types, bins, and tasks on the warehouse floor.
• Optimize RF framework processes and mobile scanner workflows; manage resources.
• Manage master data, migration templates, and data load validation.
• Ensure integration between SAP EWM and S/4HANA, MM, SD, TM, MSF, and shop-floor systems.
• Draft functional specs and user stories for ABAP developers; write FDS.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Process Design: Elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements for warehouse logistics; design and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

• SAP EWM Configuration: Set up and maintain warehouse structures, storage types, storage bins, warehouse tasks/orders.

• RF & Mobile Operations & Scales: Configure and optimize Radio Frequency (RF) framework processes and mobile scanner workflows on the warehouse floor, manage resources.

• Master Data & Migration: Manage warehouse and product master data, prepare data migration templates, and oversee data load validation.

• Integration & Cross-Module Alignment: Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and connected modules/systems (S/4HANA, MM, SD, TM (ASR), MSF (DMC), manufacturing/shop-floor systems).

• Technical Collaboration: Author functional specifications and user stories for ABAP developers (enhancements, BAdIs, custom logic), write FDS and validate technical deliverables.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Be an owner of a warehouse BPMN processes, be able to design test scenarios, execute integration testing, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.

• Implementation & Hypercare: Drive EWM deployment phases: customizing, cutover readiness, go-live support, and hypercare.

• User Enablement & Support: Create user manuals, SOPs, and training materials; conduct training sessions for warehouse key users and operational teams.

• Good understanding ABAP - debugging/reading skills.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant in implementation or warehouse automation projects.

• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core warehouse processes: Inbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Outbound, Internal Movements, and Physical Inventory.

• System Expertise: Proven experience configuring SAP EWM structures, strategies, and RF mobile transactions.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.

• Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (spoken and written) for cross‑functional communication with international teams; fluent Turkish.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem solver, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
