Job summary

Gizli is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Development Team. You will design, develop, and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on Salesforce experience, a CS or related degree, proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flows, and strong communication to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align Salesforce solutions to business priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules), and platform limits.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or ETL tools.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Lead architecture and design reviews, ensuring solutions follow best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Build and manage Marketing Cloud assets, including email templates, Journey Builder automations, and data extensions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
• Document technical configurations, development standards, and solutions to support knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, release management, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with the enterprise roadmap.
