Peopool Executive, partnering with Mareas, seeks a proactive Sales & Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team in Turkey. The role involves supporting daily sales operations, data management, and cross-functional coordination with international partners.

You will interact across Sales, E-commerce, Logistics, and Finance, using Odoo to streamline processes and drive efficiency. This is an opportunity to grow within a compact, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Experience in sales support or commercial operations.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

Peopool Executive is partnering with Mareas, the Turkish distributor of globally recognized lifestyle brands including Melissa, Mini Melissa and Cool Bottles, to find a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Specialist to join its growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions, building strong relationships, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

• Support daily sales operations, order management, and customer coordination.
• Manage sales data, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with international brand partners and local business stakeholders.
• Follow up on collections, payments, and account reconciliations in collaboration with Finance.
• Ensure smooth communication across Sales, E-commerce, Logistics, and Finance.
• Work with modern ERP platforms such as Odoo to improve operational efficiency.
