Job summary

Viessmann is seeking a Sales Engineer - Heat Pump to join the Izmir Office. You will drive heat pump sales in the İzmir region, build relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, investors, dealers, and installers, and manage the full sales process from site visits to contracts.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4+ years in HVAC sales are required, with strong communication and travel willingness. English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in HVAC.
• Experience with heat pump HVAC products.
• Experience in project sales and dealer/channel management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region.
• Good command of English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, investors, dealers, and installers.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage the entire sales process, including site visits, product selection, quotation preparation, technical presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Provide technical support and recommend the most suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular market feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and regularly update sales forecasts.
• Work closely with after-sales and technical support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the HVAC area
• Experience with heat pump HVAC products
• Experience in project sales and dealer/channel management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• Valid driver\'s license and active driving experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Good command of English is preferred.
