Job summary

Accor is seeking a Sales professional in Bursa, Turkey to secure corporate partnerships and drive revenue growth. You will identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and report on sales performance while aligning with brand standards.

The role requires strong English communication, hotel industry knowledge, and the ability to develop targeted pricing and packages. On-site position with opportunities for career growth within Accor’s global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Tourism Management or Hotel Management departments

Job Description

• -To make agreements with companies to increase the hotel's revenues in line with Accor Hotels standards.

Qualifications

• -Graduated from Tourism Management and Hotel Management departments of universities
• -2 years of experience in a similar position
• -Strong written and spoken English communication
• -Able to use Ms Office programs.
• -Understanding sales strategies, developing special prices and packages in periods of need.
• -Strong communication skills.
• -Analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• -Adopting a friendly service approach.
• -Solution-oriented
• -Strong in planning, time and stress management.
• -Have a class B driver's license and can drive an active vehicle.
• -Completed military service for male candidates
