Job summary

Starlite Aviation Group seeks experienced Rotor Wing Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to perform maintenance in accordance with OEM documentation. You will diagnose faults, rectify defects, order spares, and maintain tool control while ensuring audit readiness and SACAA compliance.

The role requires experience with AMO scope, rotorcraft ratings, and willingness to travel abroad to support international operations. A strong emphasis on safety and quality is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME License holder).
• Valid SACAA License and rotorcraft rating preferable.
• Experience with CAMO systems is advantageous.
• 10+ years in aircraft maintenance environment preferred.
• Willing to travel abroad for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of rotor wing aircraft per OEM documentation.
• Fault finding and defect rectification with traceable records.
• Ensure correct spares are ordered and stocked.
• Maintain good tool control and calibration discipline.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance with SACAA regulations.
• Conform to Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and standard times.

VACANCY: Rotor Wing Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

REPORTING: Chief Engineer

LOCATION:Europe

Starlite Aviation Group has a contract requirement for responsible, knowledgeable, and attentive Rotor Wing Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of Aircraft:

• Serviceable Aircraft Delivered.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to OEM Documentation.
• Carry out fault finding and defect rectification.
• Ensure the correct spares are ordered.
• Maintain Good Tool control.
• Comply with SACAA or other relevant Authorities Regulations.
• Maintain a high-Quality Standard.
• Adhere to Standard Times for Maintenance Task.
• Experience in defect diagnostics and rectifications.
• Experience in embodiment of modifications, satisfying ASBs, CSNs, SSIs and ADs.
• Prepare and assist with Internal and External Audits.
• Conformance to Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME License holder)
• Valid SACAA License
• Rotorcraft type rating applicable to AMO Scope of Approval (preferable)
• Twin turbine rated with S76 / S92 Sikorsky (advantageous)
• Knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance logistical support systems.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the aircraft maintenance environment
• Experience of the CAMO system (advantageous)
• Willing to travel abroad
• Experience in contact work abroad (advantageous)
