Job summary

Roboticsconnected in Gebze is seeking a Robotics & Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support automation across manufacturing. You will lead projects from concept through handover, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency with Industry 4.0 and AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial automation, strong PLC/HMI/SCADA skills, and fluency in English and Turkish. Eligible candidates should be willing to work at the Gebze plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/automation/robotics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years implementing industrial automation in manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial networking and automation architectures.
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, VFDs, Servo systems.
• Proficient in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotics and automation transformation projects from concept to production.
• Ensure reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement of automation systems.
• Apply Industry 4.0, AI-enabled apps, data analytics to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, IT and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies.
• Promote digital innovation across manufacturing operations.
