Job summary

Alliance Healthcare Söke'de görevlendirilmek üzere, depolama ve reyon operasyonlarında çalışacak bir Reyon Görevlisi aranmaktadır. En az lise mezunu ve depo/distribütör operasyonlarında deneyim tercih edilmektedir; esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlanması beklenir.

İş tanımı, reyonda miad/fiyat kontrolleri, hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünlerin bildirilmesi, stok kontrolü ve hızlı sipariş hazırlama süreçlerini kapsar. 3 ay depo sayımı görevine katılım beklenir.

Qualifications

• En az lise mezunu veya denk deneyim gereklidir.
• Depo destek ve dağıtım operasyonları konusunda 2 yıla kadar deneyim aranmaktadır.
• CSCP sertifikası veya eşdeğer sertifikasyon tercihen düşünülebilir.
• Depo operasyon süreçleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak.
• Stok kontrol ilkeleri ve malzeme izlenebilirliği bilgisi gereklidir.
• Sıcaklık kontrollü taşıma ve soğuk zincir gereklilikleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak.
• Ambalaj malzemeleri ve yeniden kullanılabilir gönderim varlıkları konusunda bilgi.
• Nakliye belgeleri, operasyonel kayıt tutma ve işlem süreçleri gereklidir.
• Güvenli malzeme taşıma uygulamaları ve depo ekipmanları kullanımı bilgisi.
• Kurum içi depo prosedürlerini ve standart iş talimatlarını takip edebilme yeteneği.
• Operasyonel bilgileri depo sistemlerinde ve loglarda güncel tutma yeteneği.
• Envanter, ambalaj, sevkiyat ve malzeme taşıma istisnalarını belirleyebilme yeteneği.
• Sipariş hazırlama ve malzeme hareketi faaliyetlerinde zamanında ve doğru çalışmayı destekleme.
• Birden fazla rutin görevi depo akışları içinde yönetebilme yeteneği.
• Sıcaklık duyarlı materyaller ile çalışma konusunda uyum sağlayabilme.

Responsibilities

• Reyonda mevcut olan ve gelen ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapmak.
• Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek.
• Reyondayaki ürün çeşitliliğini ve sayılarını kontrol ederek stoktan temin etmek.
• Sisteme yansıyan siparişleri belirlenen süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlamak.
• 3 ayda bir yapılan depo fiili sayımına katılmak.

Alliance Healthcare Söke’de görevlendirilmek üzere; En az lise mezunu, Tercihen daha önce depo ve uygulamaları konusunda tecrübeli, Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek olan, Erkek adaylar için askerlikle ilişiği bulunmayan. Reyon Görevlisi aranmaktadır.

İŞ TANIMI

• Reyonda mevcut olan ve yeni gelen ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapmak, Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek, Reyonundaki ürün çeşitliliği ve sayılarını kontrol ederek stoktan temin etmek, Sisteme yansıyan siparişleri tanımlı süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlamak, 3 ayda bir yapılan depo fiili sayımına katılmak.

YETKİNLİKLER

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
