Job summary

Alliance Healthcare Beylikdüzü ekibi, Kırklareli ve Lüleburgaz depolarını kapsayacak şekilde sertifikalı iç satış görevine alım yapıyor. Müşterilerle telefonla iletişim kurar, satış hedeflerini destekler ve CRM üzerinde tüm etkileşimleri ayrıntılı kayıt altında tutar.

İlkeler; lise mezunu olmak, sağlık sektöründe satış deneyimi tercihi, MS Office hakimiyeti ve dinamik tempoya uyum. İş yeri İstanbul Avrupa Yakası’nda; tam zamanlı ve saha dışı çalışma gereklilikleri bulunabilir.

Qualifications

• En az lise mezunu ve telefonla satış deneyimi tercihen 3 yıl.
• İlaç ve ilaç dışı ürün bilgisine sahip.
• MS Office uygulamalarına hakim.
• Yoğun tempoda esnek çalışma düzenine uyum.
• Lüleburgaz’da ikamet eden veya edebilecek.
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış.

Responsibilities

• Kayıtlı süreçleri takip ederek iç satış faaliyetlerini yürütmek.
• CRM ve satış kayıtlarını müşteriler ile ilgili bilgilerle güncellemek.
• İş akışına uygun olarak talimatlar ve süreçler doğrultusunda çalışmak.
• Gereğini durumlarda takım içinde iletişim ve ilgili kişilerle bilgi paylaşmak.
• Veri/belge boşluklarını tespit edip eksik yönleri notlarla rapor etmek.
• Standart araçlar ve raporlar ile kayıtları doğrulamak ve hatları aktarmak.
• Eğitim ve gölgeleme faaliyetlerine katılarak yetkinlikleri arttırmak.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inside sales activities by following established procedures for lead follow-up, customer outreach, opportunity updates, and sales support tasks.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records by documenting customer interactions, updating opportunity details, and preserving complete, traceable, and audit-ready work artifacts.
• Execute assigned work in line with SOPs and quality standards by following approved scripts, templates, and process steps for routine sales and service activities.
• Communicate within the team to confirm requirements and provide status updates while escalating blockers, exceptions, and out-of-scope issues through defined channels.
• Identify and correct routine data or documentation gaps within instructions and elevate unresolved discrepancies with clear notes and supporting details.
• Use standard tools, checklists, and reports to validate records, track assigned activities, and support accurate handoffs across sales and related functions.
• Participate in training, shadowing, and feedback activities to build proficiency in inside sales practices, strengthen execution quality, and support consistent team performance.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, business development, or a related field required.
• Certification in Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM), Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL), 340B program fundamentals, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to present information and solutions clearly through oral communication.
• Ability to apply analytical skills to prepare quotes and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to apply mathematical skills to pricing and quoting scenarios.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to use computer systems proficiently to input and maintain accurate data.
