Job summary

Alliance Healthcare Ecza Deposu Beylikdüzü Şubesi’nde görevlendirilmek üzere; en az lise mezunu, depo ve uygulamalar konusunda tecrübeli, esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek olan adaylar aranmaktadır. Reyondan mevcut ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapar, hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirir.

İŞ TANIMI: Reyonundaki ürün çeşitliliğini ve stok durumunu kontrol eder, siparişleri hızlı ve doğru şekilde sisteme işler, depo fiili sayımına katılır.

Qualifications

• Lise diploması veya eşdeğer deneyim gereklidir.
• Depo/dağıtım operasyonlarında 2 yıla kadar deneyim tercih edilir.
• Güvenli depo çalışması konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak avantajlıdır.

Responsibilities

• Mevcut ve gelen ürünlerin miad ile fiyat kontrollerini yapmak.
• Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek.
• Reyon stokunu kontrol etmek ve stoktan temin etmek.
• Siparişleri süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı hazırlamak.
• 3 ayda bir depo fiili sayımına katılmak.

Alliance Healthcare Ecza Deposu Beylikdüzül Şubesi’nde görevlendirilmek üzere; En az lise mezunu, Tercihen daha önce depo ve uygulamaları konusunda tecrübeli, Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek olan, Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış, Beylikdüzü ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan, Reyon Görevlisi aranmaktadır. İŞ TANIMI

Reyondan mevcut olan ve yeni gelen ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapmak, Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek, Reyonundaki ürün çeşitliliği ve sayılarını kontrol ederek stoktan temin etmek, Sisteme yansıyan siparişleri tanımlı süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlamak, 3 ayda bir yapılan depo fiili sayımına katılmak vb. görevlerden sorumlu olacaktır.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
