Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.

• Prepare reports on inventory status, shipments, and recurring issues.
• Update stock balances, storage locations, and transaction records to ensure accuracy.
• Answer routine inquiries from internal/external contacts for status updates.

Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review. Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy. Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
