Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to optimize revenue operations in a remote environment. You will bring hands-on CRM expertise and strong operational judgment to improve workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and cross-system coordination.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations, experience configuring CRMs, and ability to implement two or more revenue-related tools beyond the CRM. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.
