Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a UX/UI Expert for a remote hourly contract. The role involves designing web and mobile experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accessibility and brand consistency.

Qualifications

Strong experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio.

Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines.
Iterate on designs based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
Advocate for user needs while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, especially in AI-driven products.
Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
