Job summary

Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Technical Lead for GPU Infrastructure. This fully remote, worldwide role reports to the infrastructure leadership and leads a multi-disciplinary team building a scalable Slurm-backed GPU platform on bare-metal and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in hands-on engineering with leadership of infrastructure teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience running Slurm at scale with real users and HPC/GPU clusters.
• Strong Linux systems and kernel/driver knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture end-to-end for GPU infra and inference workloads.
• Lead a distributed team across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA and docs.
• Design and operate a bare-metal GPU scheduling layer with Slurm.
• Own the Kubernetes control plane, upgrades, and day-2 operations.
• Ensure observability, incident response, and capacity planning.
