Job summary

Growmodo in İstanbul, Türkiye, seeks a Copywriter / Content Marketer to elevate our social media presence by crafting high-impact copy and coordinating our content calendar to engage agency owners and drive growth. You will own copywriting for Eurostaffs and Instagram, manage publishing workflows, and collaborate with a global team.

2+ years of experience and strong English required; Canva and AI tools experience preferred. Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CET.

Qualifications

2+ years of copywriting and content marketing experience.
Experience at a marketing, creative, content, or digital agency.
Exceptional written and spoken English.
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience creating content for Eurostaffs and Instagram.
Experience with founder-led content or thought leadership.
Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows.
Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools for marketing tasks.
Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and brand consistency).
Ability to follow documented processes and established systems.
Basic understanding of content analytics and performance reporting.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently.
A reliable, proactive, and execution-focused working style.
Ability to receive feedback professionally and apply it consistently.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Copywriting for Eurostaffs, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Social media content calendar coordination and content tracking accuracy.
Basic content-performance monitoring.
Drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting.

Content repurposing from articles, interviews, videos, discussions, and company updates.
Basic Canva content creation.
AI-assisted research, ideation, drafting, and editing.
