Pragmatike is seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to bridge internal and client-facing teams. You will build financial models underpinning investment decisions and defend ROI in front of clients and partners.

Startup or hyper-growth experience in infrastructure, energy, or capex-heavy industries is a strong plus. Autonomy and analytical rigor are essential as you own reports, budgeting and forecasting, and collaboration with finance teams across the group.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in corporate finance, FP&A or business finance in capex-intensive environments.
• Strong financial modeling skills including ROI, NPV/IRR and multi-scenario planning.
• Ability to present and simplify complex financial analyses to non-financial audiences.
• Understanding of cost and profitability mechanics of physical assets.
• Analytical, structured thinker able to deliver under time pressure.
• Fluent English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner to commercial, operations and product teams.
• Build and maintain financial models to support growth and investment decisions.
• Model ROI and TCO of infrastructure deployments for clients.
• Own monthly financial reporting and profitability analysis by site/unit.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization with business teams.
• Analyze cost structure of manufacturing and deployment of infrastructure units.
• Prepare materials for governance bodies and due diligence for fundraising.
• Coordinate with group finance teams for consolidated reporting.
