Job summary
Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer (Scraping & Scale) based in Turkey. You will design and scale high-performance web scraping and data ingestion systems, collecting millions of profiles and posts daily in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities include building fault-tolerant pipelines, distributed queues, and storage architectures (Parquet, Iceberg, Snowflake, S3) while tackling anti-bot challenges and enabling AI workflows.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in high-volume web scraping or data engineering.
- Experience handling advanced anti-bot systems (Cloudflare/Akamai/PerimeterX) using TLS impersonation, browser automation, and proxy management.
- Strong Python or Go proficiency; adept with Playwright, Puppeteer, Scrapy, or Selenium.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale web scraping infrastructure using residential proxies, TLS fingerprinting, browser automation, and session rotation.
- Build fault-tolerant, high-throughput scraping pipelines for multiple social platforms.
- Develop distributed queues and orchestration with Temporal, Ray, Kafka, and Celery.
