Job summary

Constructor seeks a senior content leader to guide cross-functional teams in education technology. You will oversee SMEs, manage workloads, and translate pedagogical needs into clear tasks across product, design, development, and learning teams.

You’ll ensure accessibility, quality, and alignment with learning goals, while supporting partnerships, proposals, and stakeholder demonstrations. This hybrid role shapes digital learning at scale.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira or YouTrack.
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Supervise SMEs and manage content quality.
• Bridge SMEs with Product, Design, Development, and Learn teams to ensure requirements are delivered on schedule.
• Oversee workflow and ticketing processes, including task creation, follow-up, and final content checks before QA.
• Lead requirement gathering for new content and translate needs into actionable tasks.
• Content ownership and development across domains.
• Review content design for scientific/pedagogical accuracy and learning goals alignment.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are applied to content.
