Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Spanish (Spain) to English Pharmacovigilance Linguist based in Turkey for a freelance engagement. You will translate and review pharmacovigilance content from Spanish into English (GB/US), combining translation, MT post-editing, and copy editing within a regulated life sciences context.

The role requires strong Spanish and English skills, experience in pharmacovigilance, and proficiency with XTM or similar CAT tools.

Qualifications

Degree in translation, linguistics, language studies, or equivalent with translation training.
At least 2 years translating medical documentation with pharmacovigilance knowledge.
Experience with pharmacovigilance materials (SAE/AE, PSURs, SUSARs, ICMS, DSURs, RM plans) preferred.
Strong Spanish and English skills; native-level English preferred.
Hands-on experience with XTM or similar CAT tools.
Detail-oriented with terminology management and consistency.

Responsibilities

Translate pharmacovigilance content from Spanish (Spain) into English (GB/US).
Post-edit machine translation and correct linguistic issues.
Copy-edit translations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and regulatory suitability.
Handle safety and regulatory documents (AE reports, clinical docs, PV materials).
Meet strict daily turnaround times and high-volume assignments.
Maintain availability to support ongoing projects and workflows.
Utilize XTM or similar CAT tools effectively.
