Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Spanish to English Pharmacovigilance Linguist based in Turkey for high-volume, time-sensitive safety documentation translation and post-editing.

You will work on pharmacovigilance and clinical-regulatory content with focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance, using CAT tools and a steady daily workflow. The role requires at least 2 years of medical translation experience, strong Spanish and English skills, and the ability to meet demanding deadlines without extensions.

Qualifications

• Degree in translation, linguistics, language studies, or equivalent with translation training.
• At least 2 years of professional medical translation experience, pharmacovigilance or regulatory content preferred.
• Experience translating pharmacovigilance materials (SAE/AE reports, PSURs, SUSARs, ICsRs, DSURs, RMPs).
• Strong Spanish and excellent English skills; native English preferred but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with CAT tools such as XTM.

Responsibilities

• Translate pharmacovigilance and clinical-regulatory content from Spanish into English, ensuring accuracy and regulatory suitability.
• Perform MTPE to correct linguistic and substantive issues in safety content.
• Copy-edit translated and post-edited material for clarity, consistency and fitness for purpose.
• Work on safety and regulatory documents like adverse event reports and clinical documentation.
• Manage high-volume, time-sensitive assignments with strict turnaround times.
• Maintain availability to support daily production and project needs.
• Utilize CAT tools (XTM and equivalents) effectively within established workflows.
• Apply proper medical terminology while ensuring consistency across documents.
