Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to hire an Operations Supervisor based in Turkey for a remote leadership role focused on scaling a distributed workforce. You will translate strategic objectives into day-to-day execution, manage onboarding, attendance, quality checks, and coaching to support up to 100 agents.

You will work with the Operations Manager to drive workforce growth, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely invoicing while upholding high standards of productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, workforce management, team supervision, or a related operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Operations Manager to execute daily priorities and align with business objectives.
• Maintain an accurate roster of active agents and coordinate replacements.
• Monitor attendance and schedules to ensure 8-hour shifts are completed.
