Join our fully remote team as a Link Building & Outreach Specialist to grow domain authority through high-quality backlinks.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in outreach and link building.
Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs for competitor and backlink analysis.
Experience with guest posting, link insertions, directory/profile submissions, and publisher outreach.
Strong email outreach automation and personalization at scale with tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Hunter.
Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for research, outreach, content, and automation.
Excellent written communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.

Responsibilities

Identify high-value link-building opportunities via competitor backlink analysis and search footprints.
Design and run personalized outreach campaigns at scale leveraging AI and automation.
Secure guest posts, link insertions, directory listings, and other backlink placements.
Build and optimize company profiles across relevant directories and platforms.
Coordinate end-to-end content for guest posts from briefing to final approval.
Audit live placements to verify target URLs, anchor text, and quality.
