Job summary

5CA is seeking a Gaming Support Agent in Turkey for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle customer support for an assigned game studio, addressing account and technical issues, and resolving purchase- and gameplay-related queries.

You will work with a team under a Team Lead and Operations Manager, completing training modules to grow your skills. Strong gaming knowledge and language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese (C1) and English (B2).
• In-depth gaming knowledge and passion for video games.
• Own a modern gaming setup (console or PC).
• Fast learner, takes initiative and excels at troubleshooting.
• Dedicated quiet workspace at home (optional).
• Experience in a customer service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio.
• Assist players with account and technical issues.
• Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries.
