Job summary

Manay CPA is seeking a senior audit professional to join our remote team servicing U.S. GAAP, tax, and advisory needs for clients across industries. You will lead fieldwork, risk assessment, and reporting, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

This full-time, remote role in Turkey requires 5+ years in auditing or accounting, strong English communication, knowledge of USGAAP/IFRS, and proficiency in Excel and audit software. US time zones apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or business.
5+ years in auditing, accounting, and/or tax with leadership or review experience.
Experience across audit, accounting and tax engagements; audit-focused career is a fit.
US GAAP and IFRS knowledge is a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal business English communication.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding of new audit clients and set up audit workflows.
Participate in risk assessment, planning, fieldwork and completion of audit programs.
Use company software to perform audit, reporting and compliance tasks.
Prepare audit schedules, letters and reconciliations per professional standards.
Conduct substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statements.
Analyze data to identify trends and risks requiring attention.
Research auditing/accounting issues to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist with US federal/state compliance, including year-end reporting.
Work across audit, accounting and tax engagements; hybrid role with additional tasks.
Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation as needed.
