Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking an Engineering Manager of Identification Accuracy based in Turkey. You will lead a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of ML, data science and fraud prevention, guiding production ML systems at scale in a globally distributed, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/ML with ≥2 years leading ML/data science teams.
• Experience delivering production ML systems end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of ML and data systems, including MLOps.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral data and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with analytics tooling such as dbt.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team across ML engineers, data scientists, analysts, and analytics engineers.
• Own the team's technical roadmap in collaboration with senior engineering leadership and stakeholders; improve model quality.
• Drive measurable model accuracy by enabling the team to design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models across billions of devices.
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with platform and API teams to meet latency and dependency requirements.
• Translate customer needs and business priorities into technical initiatives and product improvements.
• Communicate model performance, data-quality considerations, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor team members and foster psychological safety and high performance.
• Continuously improve ML/engineering practices and data workflows.
