Job summary

Tradition Asia seeks a DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing technology team. You will automate deployments, manage AWS and Kubernetes environments, and collaborate with developers to improve reliability and processes.

Role includes on-call rotation for Asia/region hours, early start at 8:30 AM UTC+3, remote work flexibility, and a USD salary with discretionary bonuses and private health insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in a similar software engineering role.
• Strong Linux administration and open-source background.
• Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Ansible, and Python.
• Experience in software development with AI tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers to ensure development aligns with processes and performs as expected.
• Automate software deployment, configuration, updates, fixes, and upgrades using ArgoCD, Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Helm.
• Design and manage AWS environments using Terraform and Ansible.
• Secure software by implementing automated vulnerability checks to prevent breaches and other security risks.
• Plan and evolve software and IT systems to support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within managed systems alongside developers.
• Possible on-call/early start rotation covering business hours in the Asian region.
