Job summary

World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a Contract Data Engineer to join our remote team. You will build robust data pipelines, migrate legacy systems, and ensure data quality across cloud platforms. This is a contract/consultant role with EST hours.

The candidate should have 4–7 years of data engineering experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and hands-on ETL/ELT and data warehousing proficiency. This is a fully remote opportunity with English CV submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and environments.
• Strong SQL skills with data modeling for data warehouses.
• Strong Python skills for building data workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with data warehouses used by reporting teams.
• Experience using Git/GitHub for version control.
