Alignerr is seeking Creative Writing Evaluators for AI training. This remote, flexible hourly contract role requires a passion for language and storytelling, reviewing AI-generated pieces across genres and providing precise, constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English language, style, and craft.
• Able to articulate why a piece of writing works — or doesn't — with clarity.
• Comfortable working through substantial volumes of text with consistent attention.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No published writing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres (fiction, essays, poetry, narrative nonfiction).
• Assess writing quality across style, tone, coherence, originality, and reader engagement.
• Identify weaknesses like clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Complete assigned tasks independently on your schedule.
