Alignerr is seeking a Code Review Specialist (AI Training) to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency and readability. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and requires you to read and assess code across languages, providing clear, actionable feedback.

As part of a support team for AI tooling, you will identify bugs and logic errors, rate quality with rubrics, and work asynchronously on diverse coding challenges.

Formación

• Ability to read and understand code in at least one programming language.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear written communication to explain technical concepts.
• Self-motivated and consistent in evaluations.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code for correctness, logic and quality.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and inefficiencies.
• Rate code quality using structured rubrics and provide actionable improvements.
• Explain reasoning behind suggested changes in plain language.
